We have a 30-day return policy. Which means that you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request for return. Once you raise the return request, we will arrange for a pickup within the next 48 hours from your doorstep. Yes, we offer an exchange within 30 days for the entire value. We also offer a Lifetime Exchange on all purchases made from Ghanshyam Das Kotawala. The product and the original product certificate can be returned for buy-back or exchanged with making charges deductions and Rs.500 for processing charges, based on its current market value. For gold jewellery, we offer 100% of gold value at current market rate, and for diamond and gemstone jewellery, we offer 100% of gold value and 90% of diamond/gemstone value at current market rate.
